In the beautiful lake area, in the municipality of Bräcke, lies the small and friendly HusHotell Hunge with a fantastic view of the Hunge Lake. It is an oasis of peace and quiet where you can endlessly enjoy the views, the beautiful sunrise, the bright stars and even the northern lights in winter. It is also a unique starting point for beautiful and special contacts and adventurous activities in all seasons.
Our small-scale accommodation breathes tranquillity and has beautiful typical Swedish furnishings. Feel free to browse through the photos to get an impression of the atmosphere and surroundings.

We have listed the most activities per season for you.
Spacious scandic apartments
In March 2023, we were able to complete the renovation of the 7th flat. All flats are Scandinavian and themed.
The apartments are named after one of the ten most common wild animals in Sweden. The theme is visible in the use of colours, beautiful wall decorations and the use of as many natural materials as possible.
In an enclosed wing, two flats (Kronhjort and Ekorre) are available for pets and their owners.
Staying in a HusHotell apartment is more than enjoying your own room(s). You can also use the following facilities and rooms.
Breakfast: we serve between 07:30-09:30 in the Husrum for 125 SEK per person.
Husrum, the meeting room with a cosy seating and coffee area, and several tables to meet others. There are games available and from this room you have a beautiful view of the garden and the lake.
HusHotell garden, with panoramic views of the hills and the Hungesjön, terrace with several seats to enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun. A spacious lawn with a grill where you can enjoy the peace and cosiness until late in the evening.
Skorstuga, the place where you enter HusHotell Hunge and where you can clean and put away your ski or hiking boots and cross-country skis.
Garderob, where you can hang up and dry your coat, gloves and ski trousers.
Tvättstuga, with the possibility to do some laundry and use a dryer.
Supermarket: 4.5 km from Hus Hotell Hunge is an ICA supermarket.
Dream it
Together we started the great emigration adventure in 2020 and since the beginning of January 2022 we can call ourselves the proud owners of Hus Hotell Hunge. A cosy and friendly accommodation with 10 flats in a beautiful location. We therefore immediately fell in love with this building. We opened our doors to our first guests at the beginning of June 2022. Our long-standing dream has come true. Two flats we use privately.
